We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician or practitioner to join our well establish Mid Essex Hub in Essex
We offer assessment and treatment to children, young people and their families who have complex mental health needs and a range of difficulties.
You will need to possess a formal qualification such as Art Therapist, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Senior Nurse or similar. You will need to understand safeguarding, the complexities of co-morbid presentations, and have skills in a range of family and individual evidence based treatments. You will be expected to cover our duty rota which manages any urgent referrals coming into the service. As a senior member of staff you will also provide clinical supervision to junior staff to ensure that excellent standards of care and treatment are maintained in the service.
We are committed to providing high quality supervision and to supporting staff through CPD opportunities. NELFT has strong links with academic psychology, and there are opportunities to be supported to develop research ideas alongside our R and D department.
