Position Summary:

This role is focused on the delivery of services to UK based clients, both consultancy and training. The Consultants build rapport with clients, operate as “trusted advisers” and identify further sales opportunities.


You will be required to project manage and deliver to clients both (i) consultancy assignments related to assessment and talent management assignments using Talent Q products, and (ii) training to clients, to include:

(a) Assessment Centre exercises
(b) Organizational development interventions
(c) Assessment delivery, including both Assessment Centre’s and one-to-one leadership assessment
(d) Team development workshops
(e) BPS level A and B training
(f)  Masterclass training sessions
(g) HR skill course design

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Masters’ Degree/Chartered Occupational Psychologist
  • Substantive experience as a Psychologist and Consultant/trainer
  • Experience of leading training and assessment events
  • Exemplary psychometric knowledge and skills
