National Star is one of the UK's top specialist colleges for young people with complex disabilities. We are looking for a Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the drive, passion and creativity to provide supervision, support and development to a small team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and take professional responsibility for a specialist caseload including 1:1 talking therapy.

Although experience of working with individuals with disabilities is essential, what is also important to us is your proven management skills and a relevant talking therapy qualification.

Although you will have your own caseload we will ensure you have time to inspire and manage your team and build strong relationships with other multi-disciplinary specialists across National Star. You'll be offered ongoing training and support to allow you to grow and develop in the role.

We wish to recruit a Senior Practitioner who is prepared to contribute to the future direction of the service. In return we hope to be able to provide significant career development opportunities and a flexible work environment that allows you to achieve a healthy work life balance.

By joining one of Gloucestershire's leading charities you'll be able to access a host of comprehensive staff benefits. From potentially travelling to work on a free staff minibus, through to cashback on health treatments and options to join various free or subsidised sport and social groups, now is an exciting time to join our team.
