Position Summary:

This role is a technical expert in occupational psychology and assessment and is accountable for both supporting the creation of new assessment products and adapting and improving existing tools.

The jobholder will develop a strategy and plan for a product family that is aligned to the Company’s rolling planning cycle. You will provide psychometric expertise and technical input to the development of new products and the customization of existing products. You will lead small projects and participate in large, multi-disciplinary project teams as well as supporting the sales process.

Products will reflect leading edge thinking in work-based psychometric assessment, meet an existing or emerging market need, and represent a business opportunity for both Talent Q and Hay Group.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Chartered Occupational Psychologist and deep technical knowledge
  • Doctorate/Masters level education and/or equivalent technical expertise
  • 5 years’ experience in occupational psychology and assessment
  • Market research and product analysis skills
  • Experience of project management, with the ability to work to, and hold others to account for, completing deadlines successfully.
