Ravenswood – Fareham – Multi-Agency Stalking Intervention Programme
Band 8b – Applied Psychologist
Come, join our team…
We are now seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking band 8b Applied Psychologist in the Multi-Agency Stalking Intervention Programme (MASIP). This is a new post for an innovative service run in partnership with Hampshire Constabulary and Aurora New Dawn Victim Advocacy.
The Stalking Intervention Programme is a community based service, working with individuals across Hampshire who are at significant risk of, or have come into contact with, the criminal justice system due to stalking behaviours. The team will use known clinical principles to develop a range of risk management strategies, assessments, interventions and management of risks to reduce recidivism, thereby ensuring the safety of the victim. This project will run for two years alongside two other stalking intervention pilot schemes nationally. All three projects will be co-ordinated by the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, with the aim of collating information to develop an understanding of the most successful strategies for this service user group.
