Shaw Trust is a national charity, committed to supporting those with barriers related to disability and health, those in disadvantaged circumstances, to find employment, independence and greater inclusion in society.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join us and work in our Individual Placement and Support Employability service to provide a first point of entry for people with common mental health conditions.
This role is key in ensuring that our frontline staff are able to focus on managing participant pathways and you will provide a comprehensive and responsive service to meet the general project administration needs.
You will need to hold an NVQ/SVQ or have equivalent relevant experience, as well as excellent administrative skills, including minute taking and the ability to analyse and produce statistical reports. A flexible approach and great time management skills will also be key, along with the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
