Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available to work for a variety of clients in the Oxfordshire area.

Successful applicants will be working with fascinating individuals in slow steam rehabilitation within small experienced teams. Most individuals are many years post injury, some with complex needs therefore, this is an excellent learning opportunity to work with our clients to assist them in managing full and varied daily schedules. An assorted range of interests and activities could include, cycling, running, surfing, skiing, pottery and cooking. You will also be involved in planning and facilitating social arrangements on a regular basis. In particular clients will need bright, energetic and dynamic support workers with excellent communication skills and vibrant personalities to support and promote engagement. You will work in small teams which will continually and consistently provide a high standard of support to our clients.

We have various hours available to cover weekdays, weekends and sleep-in shifts. Flexibility is essential.

Hours: Various part/full time hours available.

Rates of Pay: Monday to Friday £12-14 per hour, Saturday and Sunday £14-16 per hour.

A full clean driving licence is essential.

Full training will be provided.
