Whether you describe yourself as a Human Behaviours Manager, a Human Factors Specialist or an Occupational Psychologist, your role at Cape would be to take the lead on driving a cultural change programme, which directly impacts on the common behaviours, values standards and outputs which affect the business.
This is not a short-term contract to implement another new initiative. It is a permanent addition to our Operational Excellence team and is a key part of Cape’s ongoing commitment to Safety and continuous improvement across the organisation. In practice this will mean that you are responsible for developing and implementing the ZED programme, working alongside some of our Supervisors and Managers who will coach Cape personnel on best practice and bespoke company initiatives related to Safety at work.
In order to be help Cape achieve that state of continuous improvement and operational excellence, we think that you will need the following:
- Psychology Degree
- Background in Sports or Occupational Psychology
- Membership of CIEHF and / or BPS
- Relevant experience in a similar role where you have a track record in achieving cultural and behavioural change
- An ability to take the lead on delivering training with passion and commitment
